I am having problems accessing Unlimited Digital Access content and/or the eNewspaper on my Kindle. I am having problems logging into my Unlimited Digital Access account using the Chrome browser on Apple mobile devices such as iPhone and iPad. I am told I can't sign in because I am already logged in.

When I sign in using a social provider such as Facebook or Google, I am asked to share additional information. To sign in, you will need to click on the button for the social media provider you originally used to register with the site. I have a subscription, but the sign-up link doesn't recognize my account and asks me to pay again.

Customer service said I could not get credit because I can read online. That is unacceptable I don't want the online version. You can download the daily eNewspaper on your mobile device before you leave home. Start downloading the latest edition by clicking on the down-facing arrow in the navigation bar at the top of the page.
As soon as this election is over we will be done with this paper. This is so sad because print media is so important. In the meantime we will explore the other newspapers out there.
